Navarro Ranch's 2nd Annual National Night Out 

 

When: October 3rd, 5 PM to 7 PM

Where: Furnished Model Home (6014 Angel Place)

Join us for a fabulous evening full of fun as we celebrate National Night Out!

 

Here's a look at what you can expect:

Visit the Happy Tails petting zoo and spend some quality time with their amazing animals. It's a beautiful opportunity to connect with a variety of captivating creatures and experience the joy that they bring.
We're thrilled to offer you a free pumpkin from our very own patch, courtesy of our outstanding community partner, Mundo Verde. Just one per household, and only while supplies last. Happy pumpkin picking!
Treat yourself to a magical face-painting experience from Daisy Bee during your visit!
Begin your holiday shopping ahead of time and get to know some fantastic small business owners at our vendor fair.

Special appearances by local law enforcement and fire department throughout the evening.
Exciting news! The Society for Animal Rescue and Adoption (SARA) will be joining us, bringing along a variety of adorable puppies and kittens who are looking for their forever homes. Don't miss the chance to visit them and potentially find your new furry companion. Who knows, you may just discover your next best friend!

ADOPT A GHOST & TEXAS CRAB COMPANY FOOD TRUCK

 

When: Friday, October 13th

You can stop by and adopt a ghost any time from 11 AM to 8 PM

Texas Crab Company food truck will be serving from 5 PM to 8 PM (Or sold out)

Where: Furnished Model Home (6014 Angel Place)

What could be more fun than having your very own pet ghost? Nothing, that's what!

Here's what you can expect:

Each child can pick out their own unique pet ghost, complete with a jar to keep them in. (One per child, while supplies last)
Why bother with the hassle of cooking when you can savor some mouth-watering crab and lobster from Texas Crab Company? Check out their menu below! (For resident purchase)
Take your dinner to go, or join us for a delightful meal in the model home! We would love for you to stay and chat with your fellow residents. Take your time, enjoy the moment, and make some new connections. We look forward to having you.

RECIPE ROUNDUP

 

When: October 18th, 6 PM to 8 PM

Where: Furnished Model Home (6014 Angel Place)

You're invited to bring your favorite dish and recipe to our Recipe Roundup event, where you can show off your culinary talents. This is an excellent opportunity to mingle with new neighbors and enjoy a scrumptious meal together. Our main objective is to unite, share our love for cooking, and perhaps even create a Navarro Ranch cookbook! We hope to see you there!

RETIRED RANCHERS

 

When: October 20th and November 2nd, from 10 AM to 12 PM

Where: Furnished Model Home (6014 Angel Place)

It's an absolute pleasure to welcome you, regardless of your official retirement status. We extend an invitation to all who seek a delightful morning where they can connect, share their stories, and exchange experiences. You're welcome to bring a snack to share if you'd like, but it's not required. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and maybe even make some lifelong friends.

SAVE THE DATE:

COMMUNITY-WIDE GARAGE SALE!

 

When: Saturday, October 21st, 2023

Where: At Participating Homes In Our Community

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 21, 2023, as the community-wide garage sale is coming! This is your chance to declutter your home and discover hidden treasures from multiple households.

What You Should Know:

A sign will be posted at the monument, and announcements will be made on social media and local garage sale apps to inform the public about our community-wide garage sale.
In Guadalupe County, it is not necessary to obtain permits for organizing garage sales.
Each household can set its own start and end times, but keep in mind that early arrivals may come before 7 AM.
It is recommended to keep some small bills and coins on hand to facilitate transactions.
Best Waste will pick up your unsold or unwanted items during their bulk pick-up on Wednesday, October 25th, after the garage sale.

NAVARRO'S NIGHTMARE-ISH NIGHT

 

When: Halloween Evening - October 31st, 6 PM to 8 PM

Where: Haunted House will be in the unfurnished model. (6022 Angel Place)

Trunk-or-treaters will line up along Angel Place to give out candy.

 

THE WEREWOLVES WILL HOWL. THE VAMPIRES WILL BITE.

THE WITCHES WILL BREW, ALL AT NAVARRO'S NIGHTMARE-ISH NIGHT!

 

Hop into your costumes and join us for an unbelievable night of not-too-scary fun!

This event promises to be an absolute blast, so don't miss out!

Get ready for a thrilling experience at our semi-haunted house! Each room presents a unique and slightly spooky scene to enjoy.
Capture some unforgettable Halloween memories with our fantastic photo backdrop! Take a moment to pause and snap some photos that you'll cherish for years to come.
Important- To ensure the safety of your children around the construction areas, we urge our residents to participate in Trunk-Or-Treating by bringing their candy-filled trunks to the model home area. A prize will be awarded to the winner of the residents' vote for the best Halloween-themed decorated trunk.
Wacked Out Wieners food truck will be on the scene serving up some delightful dogs! Check out their menu below. (For resident purchase)
