As your management team at Navarro Ranch, we work diligently to provide the best service to our homeowners. Part of our work consists of making sure our community is in good standing with the Rules and Regulations pertaining to the use of the land and the look of the neighborhood. Governing Documents and Rules and Regulations should have been presented to you at closing. If you did not receive them, they are available on this website: Click Here
Full access to the community website is for residents only. If you do not have access to the portal, please feel free to sign up. Contact your management team if you have any further questions.
Here are some housekeeping rules we ask you keep in mind in order to stay in good standing with the Governing Documents, and Rules and Regulations.
Trash and recycle bins: - Trash containers and recycling bins must be stored in one of the following locations: (i) inside the garage of the residence; or (ii) behind or on the side of a residence in such a manner that the trash container and recycling bin is not visible from any street, alley, or adjacent residence, e.g. behind a privacy fence or other appropriate screening. The Navarro Ranch Reviewer will have the right to specify additional locations in which trash containers or recycling bins must be stored. (Development Area Declaration, Section 2.4) Trash and recycle bins need to be kept either in the garage or behind the fence. If you would like to build a container for them, an ACC request must first be submitted and approved; the container must match the color of the house or the fence. Plastic storage sheds are not permitted.
Maintenance of Lots – Owners of each Lot have the duty to keep their Lot and all Improvements thereon in good condition and repair and in a well-maintained, safe, clean and attractive condition at all times. This includes, but not limited to the following: Lawn mowing and edging; Tree and shrub pruning; Watering; Keeping lawn and garden areas alive, free of weeds, and attractive; Keeping planting beds free of turf grass; Repair of exterior damage, and wear and tear to Improvements. Simply put, place it on the rear half of the home. If it is in the front, you will be asked to have it moved or you would need to submit an application for review.
Basketball Goals – No article deemed to be unsightly by the Board will be permitted to remain on any Lot so as to be visible from adjoining property or from public or private thoroughfares. (Development Area Declaration, Section 2.5)
Please keep the basketball goals inside the garage or behind the fence when not being used.
